The WFDU crew loaded up the tent into a giant red pickup truck we borrowed from a listener/neighbor (thanks Joe! 😄) and headed down the Parkway for Cousin Brucie’s free season opener featuring Peter Noone’s Herman’s Hermits and Tommy James & The Shondells! 🎙🎸
The weather was absolutely perfect, and we had such a great time meeting future listeners, handing out magnets and flyers, and showing people how easy it is to stream WFDU anywhere. And yes… even all the way down in Holmdel we had people stopping by the tent saying, “Hey, we listen all the time!” ❤️
